2 cups flour
2 scant cups Splenda – calorie free, granular
2 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs (or 1 cup egg beaters)
1 1/4 cup applesauce
3 cups grated carrots
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup raisins
Spray 9″ X 13″ pan with non-stick cooking spray
